Supply Chain Consultant

Job description / Role

• Drive the identification of requirements for all sub-departments under the Admin.
• Services (AS) Department (Admin Operations, Correspondence, Fleet Management and Travel Services)
• Design and develop AS process maps for all sub-departments.
• Support in the development of the guidelines, policies and procedures for the AS Department.
• Monitor the implementation of the developed processes and ensure work is performed in adherence to the policies and guidelines.
• Design the process maps for the new transitioning function (Travel Services) and develop the associated process documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and design process automation initiatives accordingly.
• Partially/fully automate the monthly KPI data collection and calculation process.
• Automate the data collection and logging process by creating new e-forms that can be integrated with the data structure and other automation services.

Requirements

• Drive the identification and documentation of the specifications and requirements for the Fleet Management System.
• Implementation project through effective communication and collaboration with external stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor the progress of the projects and develop periodic status update reports.
• Support with critical Ad-hoc activities.
• Lead and support through phases of internal auditing.
• Provide support for the transition of the Travel Services function from HR to AS, and with managing change in general.
