Supply Chain Coordinator

Job description / Role

Purpose:
• Gain ad hoc knowledge in Supply Chain and Assist the Supply Chain team in the main functions such as Supply Planning, Logistics and Customer Service.

Business Impact:
• Ensure the successful completion of tasks and back up as needed based on Business and Operations priorities.

Interaction:
• Report to the Head of Supply Chain.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, NPD, Business Technology, Finance and 3PLs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Master data:
• New products codification structure
• Master data update: Products – locations- Suppliers
• Assortment update and Communication
•
Regulatory:

KSA:
• Follow up with the Regulatory agent and needed parties to ensure all products are registered in SFDA- SABER
• Follow up on certificates issuance as needed prior to shipments.
• Follow up on Payment plan and status.

Export markets:
• Follow up on all requirements and documents needed by the Regulatory and governmental organizations for products registration and import certificates.

Coordination:
• Issuance and Follow up of the Products price lists per country.
• Follow up on 3PL invoices, checking and payment issuance: Warehouse, Forwarders, Regulatory.
• Support in creating orders and transactions in the ERP.
• Daily reports extraction and checking: ERP,WMS.

Profile:
• Good Communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Proactivity, Flexibility, Accuracy.
• Good level of Excel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Business Central is a plus

Education level:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain.

Experience:
• 2 years experience in a Commercial Organization.

Salary:
SAR 9,000 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
