Job description / Role
NTS Group is working with a leading Medical Devices company in Riyadh, KSA to recruit a Supply Chain Manager.
- Coordinate and manage the strategic supply chain, material requirements, demand and production, capacity balancing for local plants at division level.
- Drive stock strategy as well as inventories
- Lead monthly S&OP meeting and report road- map to site management and board members
- Key point of contact in the management of orders, shipment and S&OP planning activities
- Collaborate with Sales, customer service and Operational Leaders to improve interactions and ensure that S&OP processes and decisions are understood
- Support supplier sourcing activities, including the introduction of new suppliers
- Monitor Supply Chain KPI's performance and address problem areas.
- Design and implement additional supporting processes, when necessary, to assist in the diagnosing of problems
- Ensure Central and Local supply chain alignment
- Strong collaboration with plant, operation, customer service and sales management
Requirements
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Must be an Arab speaker residing in KSA.
- Must have experience managing a team.
- Preferably Medical Devices, FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience.
- Must have Procurement, Logistics & Warehousing experience.
