Supply Chain Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations within the contracting and landscaping industry in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor relations to ensure timely project completion and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to meet project demands.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast material requirements and schedule deliveries accordingly.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to supply chain activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or similar role in the contracting or landscaping industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, and logistics management.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in Saudi Arabia.
