Smartplus is looking for an experienced supply chain manager specializing in procurement and logistics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the demands of our customers while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships and ensure the best quality and pricing of goods and services.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive purchasing.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are maintained effectively to meet customer demands without overstocking.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, shipping, and distribution of products.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends and developments related to procurement and logistics.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a supply chain manager in procurement and logistics, preferably within the technology or electronics industry.
• Data analytics knowledge.
• Strong experience in demand forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with AI to maximize work efficiency.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office.
• Certifications in supply chain management (e.g., APICS, CIPS) are a plus.
