Supply Chain Manager - Saudi national

Job description / Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our manufacturing team in Jeddah. This role is tailored for a Saudi national who will lead and optimize our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance operational performance.
- Manage procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain cost and service levels.

- Saudi national, male / female, who has at least 7 years working experience within Supply Chain function gained from being working for manufacturer
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficient in supply chain software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
