The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are:

• Real estate development
• Façade cladding, glazing systems, and architectural aluminum products
• Precast concrete products and architectural elements

Job Purpose

Conducting accurate surveys to ensure the proper placement of precast components, such as panels, beams, and columns. Setting out reference points, verifying measurements, and ensuring that the installation process aligns with design specifications. Work with engineers, project managers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of precast installations on site.

Responsibilities

Survey Data Collection & Site Preparation:

• Conduct site surveys to establish reference points, benchmarks, and grid lines for the accurate placement of precast components.
• Review project drawings to understand survey requirements and ensure the proper positioning of precast elements on-site.

Precast Component Layout & Installation Support:

• Set out precise locations for precast elements (e.g., panels, beams, columns) based on construction drawings and project specifications.
• Provide accurate measurements, markers, and guidelines to installation teams to facilitate proper placement of precast components.
• Monitor the alignment, elevation, and position of precast elements during installation to ensure compliance with design tolerances.

Verification & Quality Control:

• Verify the accurate positioning and alignment of precast elements during installation and provide feedback on any discrepancies.
• Conduct periodic checks to ensure installed components meet required specifications and project standards.
• Collaborate with quality control teams and engineers to address alignment or dimensional issues and ensure high-quality installations.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and installation teams to resolve any on-site surveying or installation issues.
• Communicate survey results, progress, and any challenges to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the installation process.
• Report discrepancies in measurements, site conditions, or installation processes to project management for resolution.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Record and document survey data, layout measurements, and the progress of the installation to ensure accurate project tracking.
• Prepare detailed reports and as-built drawings for review by senior surveyors, engineers, and project managers.
• Archive all survey data and installation documentation for future reference and regulatory compliance.

Academic Qualification

Diploma degree in any relevant field.

2 to 4 years.
