Responsibilities
- The Sustainability PMO Manager will be responsible for overseeing project governance to ensure consistency and compliance with the approved processes (Integrated Development Process, Design Management).
- Supervise the development and the approval of the policies and procedures related to the sustainability and secure approval related departments
- Track and report the progress of different projects at different stages (Studies, Design & Construction) .
- Develop and maintain sustainability dashboard.
- Identifying , managing, and communicating with all sustainability internal and external stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are understood and addressed.
- Aggregate estimated projects cost to develop sustainability department budget, report cost through the project lifecycle
- Manage sustainability projects documents, ensure they are created, shared, organized, stored and retrieved efficiently.
- Manage changes to the project's scope, schedule, budget & other key elements, ensure that all changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented successfully.
- Identifying , assessing & controlling potential risks that could impact the objectives of the sustainability projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Engineering, sustainability, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Project Management.
- Professional Certificates: PMP, PSP, CCP (Preferred)
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced in Power BI .
