Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and datacenter environments
• At least 8 years of VMware expertise, including design and administration of vSphere, vCenter, DRS, HA, and vMotion
• At least 7 years of experience with SAN and enterprise storage arrays (NetApp, HPE 3PAR)
• Proven track record managing physical servers from leading vendors (Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS)
• Demonstrable skills in cloud infrastructure design and operations (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Expert-level Linux administration skills across multiple distributions
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerCLI, Ansible)
