We are now seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Associate to join our award winning team based within our Riyadh Office.

This critical role will be responsible for maintaining international standards of identifying and recruiting talent for KEO management.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Managing relationships with Hiring Managers as an internal service provider.
- Managing a full talent acquisition portfolio.
- Conducting full and detailed position briefings from Hiring Managers.
- Sourcing CV's and presenting pre-qualified short-lists to Hiring Managers with minimum KPI direct sourcing rate.
- Pre-closing candidates on salary expectations within FM and salary band parity boundaries with minimum KPI offer acceptance rate.
- Arranging interviews - International face 2 face, video conferencing and telephone interviews.
- Introducing successful candidates to HR/mobilisation.
- Database Management - ensuring the database and ATS (iCIMs) is up to date and is being utilised effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Marketing KEO as an employer of choice to potential candidates.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 2 years career experience, partnered with a Bachelor level qualification .

We welcome interest from either agency or internal talent professionals and engineering and / or construction experience within the KSA market will be highly regarded.
