Talent Acquisition Director - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a multinational firm looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of a Talent Acquisition Director be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA. The candidate will set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition globally as well as lead, manage and develop the recruiting team across multiple locations, driving a high level of performance against the ambitious hiring plans

Responsibilities would include:
- Defining the company’s sourcing strategies and recruitment guidelines, tracking and evaluating recruitment operations effectiveness across the organisation and co-ordinating with recruitment teams to better leverage common sourcing channels
- Managing, controlling and administering the overseas and local recruitments and selection activities in order to attract the right candidate that meets business requirements, by effective manpower planning, effective communication and co-ordination with internal and external customers and recruitment sources as well
- Developing on-boarding guidelines and working with the HR leadership team to ensure best-in-class on-boarding and induction programs, including overseeing the development and delivery of onboarding programs for senior executives
- Building credible relationships with senior stakeholders and the wider HR team and building on their employer brand proposition, developing diverse talent pipelines and creating networking opportunities to drive the brand within the industry
- Managing and developing HR operations and financial strategies by estimating, forecasting and anticipating requirements, trends and variances
- Managing and coaching a high performing talent team including Talent Acquisition
- Implementing best practices and maintaining a high calibre talent pipeline of talent
- Reviewing company policies and processes regarding employment laws, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement to ensure the organisation maintains its reputation as an employer of choice
- Closely monitoring staff costs and ensuring that fluctuating staffing requirements are predicted and managed swiftly
- Retaining strong external contacts in order to import innovative initiatives to the internal and external team
- Connecting with business leaders across the organisation to create a community that can share best practice

Requirements

- Master’s degree in HR or similar discipline (additional certifications preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience with the last 5 years in a senior talent acquisition role
