Talent Acquisition Director

Our client is a leading contracting and service provider in KSA, operating across various industries in the region is seeking for a Talent Acquisition Director.

The Talent Acquisition Director will be monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates. Also, overseeing the creation and implementation of a comprehensive recruiting strategy that ensures a company recruit and hires the best talent available.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:
• Create a talent acquisition strategy.
• Lead employment branding initiatives.
• Supervise recruiting personnel.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Organize career fairs and assessment centres.
• Develop talent strategies and hiring plans.
• Develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
• Stay updated on industry trends.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting.
• Candidate sourcing.
• Candidate screening.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (minimum), Masters or HR Certification (added advantage)
• At least 10 years’ experience handling recruitment, with 5 years’ minimum experience on a senior role
• Retail, F&B, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, and/or large blue collar industry background is a must.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
• Excellent Leadership and People Management skills
