Job description / Role
You will have full responsibility from meeting with the hiring manager to determine the profile, process and expectations, sourcing and assessing talent to guiding our manager's through the recruitment process. Candidates are really important to us and we like to guide them through the process too.
We are proud to say that most of our hiring is direct and that means we do plenty of screening and headhunting as well as pipelining and market activities such as networking and connecting with talent.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelors Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or any related field
Previous Experience:
Saudi National. Minimum 1-3 relevant Recruitment experience; screening, sourcing, interviewing and guiding a recruitment process.
Ability to persuade and influence Excellent relationship development and management abilities.
And last but not least, a passion or recruitment!
