Job description / Role

NTS Group are exclusively working with a leading multinational company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Lead for Saudi Arabia. The role can be based in either Jeddah or Riyadh and the client are only looking for Saudi Nationals for this role.

This position is a pure recruitment role and requires someone who has dealt with large volumes of hiring candidates into white collar roles across various departments including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain and IT.

The role reports into the Head of TA for the region who is based in the UK so the successful candidate will need to be self driven and able to work autonomously. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take the next step in their career and be responsible for a large region working within a global brand.

SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Candidates must be Saudi National
- Strong experience (5 years+) within recruiting volume positions (10+ a month) into white collar roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance etc)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to successfully manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and setting realistic expectations with line managers in relation to recruitment turn around times
