The individual should have experience in leading a team, a Saudization plan, and overseeing international recruitment agencies. A candidate should have good communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience
• Should have experience in leading a team
• Can implement Saudization Plan
• Experience overseeing international recruitment agencies
• Good communications skills
