Talent Acquisition Manager - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading firm looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of a Talent Acquisition Manager to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA. The candidate will manage strategic relationships with leadership partners and represent as the lead conduit of talent into the organisation

Responsibilities would include:
- Managing a talent acquisition business model aligned with the assigned business objectives, growth agendas, revenue, products and services
- Designing and supervising the implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies aligned with customer objectives
- Working closely with hiring managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements
- Preparing workforce plans and ensuring it is well implemented throughout the year
- Identifying and sourcing appropriate internal talent for current and future open roles within the organisation
- Managing requisition approval process for all positions and ensuring legal compliance through recruitment process
- Ensuring that recruitment and hiring practices comply with national and local employment laws
- Managing interview arrangements, pre-employment reference checks availability of necessary documents, etc.
- Guiding departmental management in developing and delivering training that enhances employee professional growth and supporting organisational change by communicating ways for the organisation to become more effective, especially in the area of development and talent sourcing
- Promoting a hiring culture that seeks to place talented individuals into positions that will tap into their strengths, skills and experiences
- Building relevant metrics to steer activities and provide measurements and reporting to the Leadership Team and key stakeholders as needed
- Identifying and participating in lucrative recruitment events and career fairs that are valuable for talent search / pipeline
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all job postings and communications. Leveraging social media and innovative channels to drive messaging and attraction
- Assisting in branding to establish a recognisable “employer of choice” reputation, both internally and externally

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years HR Management / talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role
