Job description / Role
NTS Group are currently working with a leading pharmaceutical multi national company who are recruiting a talent acquisition manager, to be based in Riyadh, KSA. This role will report into the HR Director and will be responsible for the complete talent acquisition team across the region and be involved in everything from managing, coaching and leading individuals to devising the recruitment strategy.
You will manage the end to end complete talent acquisition processes and be involved in devising job descriptions, sourcing top calibre candidates for strategic roles and conducting interviews. You will act as the key advisor internally for all talent acquisition related matters and focus on building a relationship with both candidates and stakeholders. You will manage the talent acquisition tools and ensure these are consistently kept updated and liaise closely with the internal HR team in regards to the onboarding process.
To be successful, you will ideally have experience within the pharma or medical devices sectors as well as experience recruiting across the KSA market. You will be confident and diligent in your approach, a strong leader who is able to work autonomously and comfortable working in a high pressured targeted environment. You will have at least 8 years of specific recruitment experience (agency or in house are both considered) and understand fully the full recruitment lifecycle. You will have strong relationships in place and be confident with sourcing senior candidates across a variety of disciplines. Our client will consider female candidates for this role.
