What you'll be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be immersed in the recruitment process from day one and will be fully trained on all aspects of recruitment and selection to enable your success in this new role. You will support the TA Specialist to fill the positions across Retail through collaborating with the L&D and TA team to deliver a high quality Assessment Centre experience. You will be responsible to identify top Talent in the market, interview and assess them, and deliver a smooth candidate experience to all applicants whilst being an ambassador for the Chalhoub Brand. Responsibilities will include screening and interviewing, managing applications on the applicant tracking system and headhunting using tools such as LinkedIn, Gulf Talent and to name a few. You will work under high-pressure situations to deliver profiles to the business and assist in the facilitation of candidate assessment centers. This may also lead to recruiting positions across a wide range of functions from Sales, to Visual Merchandising, and Buying.


- Develop the business plan of the Retail Recruitment Department in line with the Division objectives and strategic objectives of Chalhoub
- Formulate and communicate Retail Recruitment Department performance objectives and continuously monitor progress and alignment towards strategic objectives


- Oversee the operations of the Retail Recruitment Department, provide expertise, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in contribution

What you'll need to succeed

- Bachelor's degree
- Retail background and an understanding of the luxury market is a plus
- Previous frontline/shop floor experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
- Highly organized administrative skills
- 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to write professional emails
