Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will come from a retail, hospitality, or leisure background, with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and a strong understanding of the local talent market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring processes to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver top talent across key functions.
- Utilize market insights and innovative recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates.

- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition within retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
