* Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
* Previous experience in talent acquisition within retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors.
* Strong understanding of recruitment processes and local Saudi market dynamics.
* With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, they can collaborate effectively with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates.
* The candidate should be proactive, results-driven, and skilled in utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
* A passion for recruitment and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are essential.
