Talent acquisition specialists will support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Screen resumes and manage candidate profiles in the ATS.
• Assist with creating job descriptions and job ads.
• Support in preparing offer letters and conducting background checks.
• Track and report recruitment metrics.
• Maintain positive candidate experience and support recruitment events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ATS.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
