Supervisor Talent and Culture
The Talent and Culture Supervisor will provide assistance to the Manager, Talent and Culture, as well as support all related activities and services, including employee relations, colleague events, health & safety, workers compensation, compliance with policies/procedures/laws, compensation, training and recruitment

What you will be doing:
- Assist in the daily operation of the Talent & Culture department
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Assisting T&C Directors and Managers in counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Receive employee complaints, suggestions and queries and make sure they have been handled properly
- Support and assist the T&C Directors & Managers and the Department within the overall Human Resources operations
- Assist in planning, organizing and implementing employee sports, social and welfare activities
- Coordinate with all Departments with regards to Human Resources related activities
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
- Human Resources experience in the hospitality sector is desired.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), any additional language is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in a large scale property
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving ability.
- Strong employee relations and organizational skills.
