Overview

The individual will be responsible for leading the talent management processes for a circa 6000-person organization within the Upstream Business Line. Areas of responsibility include:

Talent Management: managing the high potential identification, development and succession planning processes. Providing strategic HR advice to Vice President and management team.

Coaching and development planning for identified high potential talent. Collaborating with Corporate OD organization on org design and restructuring proposals. Coaching and developing emerging HR talent. Working with the Upstream Head of HR & Talent and the other Upstream Talent Management Business Partners to maximize business impact and continually evolve the business line talent processes.

Key Responsibilities

Previous experience with some or all of the following:
- Developing and executing high potential identification, development and succession planning processes
- Facilitating talent calibration meetings
- Organizational design & job evaluation
- Coaching and assessment
- Previous HR Business partner experience
- Adaptable and resilient with strong influencing skills
- Proven ability to build credibility and trust quickly

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience.
