Team Lead (Van Sales) - Dammam

Purpose: Lead sales force (Mondelez and distributor) to deliver and exceed KPI objectives of coverage, productivity, MSL gains, Visibility and sales targets across assigned channels and geography.

The incumbent coaches, develops and motivates his team to ensure in-store execution, controls, and reporting are in line with Mondelez sales policies and strategy

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

People Development & Management:
- Ensure field coaching achieved with all team members on time and is supported by high quality action planning and reporting
- Ensure all team members understand their role and comply with all the company’s policies

Strategic Business Management:
- To develop a clear plan to drive the delivery of the business plan across all channels/customers
- Ensure MSL compliance across the assigned channel/geography
- Analyze Van KPIs and take proactive action to ensure coverage, productivity, distribution, etc. targets are being met/exceeded consistently
- Build and maintain strong business relations with key customers through self and team

Tactical Operational Management:
- To ensure steps of the call are followed by all sales teams in a timely fashion appropriate for their channel
- To ensure call cycles, journey plans and field sales tools are fully understood by their sales team and implemented in accordance with the standards set for each role
- Consistently review call cycles, journey plans and KPIs and suggest improvement areas to keep operation efficient

Requirements

- 4-6 years sales management experience with blue chip FMCG company or distributor.
- Will have the flexibility to adapt to local customs and be able to modify FMCG / multinational methods to local environment.
- Professional level proficiency with written and spoken English
