Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
- Address and resolve any team conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.
Operational Management:
- Plan, organize, and delegate tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Monitor daily operations, identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance.
- Implement and oversee processes to improve team performance and operational efficiency.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Set performance targets and monitor progress against these targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Customer Service & Communication:
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and resolves customer inquiries or complaints efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide solutions.
- Foster strong communication within the team and with other departments to support overall business objectives.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for the team.
- Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Encourage continuous learning and professional development among team members.
