Team Manager - Luxury Brand

Charterhouse has partnered with an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand who are looking to hire an experienced Team Manager for their Women’s Ready-To-Wear stores in Jeddah and Riyadh.

This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned international fashion house with a constantly growing presence across the Middle East Region. You will lead, motivate and coach the in-store team and dive their performance to exceed their targets and KPIs. You will lead your team by example and you will ensure they have excellent product knowledge at all times. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support day to day store operations and will be also involved in the recruitment and on-boarding of the new staff.

Our client is looking for an individual that is proactive and people focused. You will constantly seek ways of attracting new clients and maintain strong relationships with the existing clientele, including VIP client network.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience working for an international luxury brand on a managerial level and you should have excellent communication skills in both, English and Arabic.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for luxury retail and fashion and strong leadership and networking skills.

Due to the Saudization program, preference will be given to Saudi Nationals.
