Technical Architect - E-commerce

Job description / Role

Technical Architect - E-commerce, Market place and Mobile payments, Payment Gateway

• Drive the solution design across ATM/POS/E-Commerce and mobile payments related requirements
• Review and validate technical design documents from Vendor (s) against given functional requirements.
• Document technical Requirements, artifacts,
• Provide in-depth hands-on experience of working and implementing eCommerce solutions, especially Payments Gateway
• Develop and manage system changes
• Assist during testing phase by
• Documenting technical test cases
• Doing configurations
• Defect follow-up with Vendor
• Facilitating technical discussions between business, vendor and testing teams
• Recommend workarounds with impact analysis
• Manage System Environments, configurations, architecture artifacts

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all ATM/POS/E-Commerce and mobile payments, payment gateway
• Should have complete knowledge of the transactions lifecycle of each of the above
• Should have good knowledge of how the e-commerce websites integrate with PSP’s and Payment gateways like Payfort, MPGS, FSS etc
• Past working experience on FSS will be an added advantage.
• Should have clear understanding and working knowledge of Mobile, CNP, ecomm payments lifecycle
• Expert in mobile payments, web application and e-commerce, and other application security aspects
• Should have good knowledge of the Integration between various internal and external channels (POS, ATM, Payment Gateways etc.)
• Understanding of the Payment Scheme fees/charges related to Acquiring, NFC, QR code Payments, eCommerce will be an added advantage
• Should have knowledge about Encryption, Decryption, Tokenization and HSM, signatures etc
• Must have good communication skills
