Eram Talent is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Construction Advisor to join our Advisory Services team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the construction process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. As a Technical Construction Advisor, you will leverage your extensive experience in the construction industry to advise on best practices, technical specifications, and regulatory compliance. The selected resource will provide advisory support across construction project design, delivery, and execution for institutional-grade logistics facilities. The expected commitment is 2–3 days per week over a 12-month period.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight and guidance throughout warehouse construction projects
• Technical review and recommendations during design and execution
• Advisory on turnkey construction design, procurement, and contracts
• Guidance related to 3PL operator requirements and operational efficiencies
• Provide technical advice and support on construction projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Evaluate project plans, specifications, and designs to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and compliance with technical requirements.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to support project decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in the design and delivery of institutional grade-A logistics facilities across EMEA and the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of utilities, infrastructure, sustainability initiatives, and ESG compliance.
• Proven experience working with turnkey construction design and contract structures.
• Previous exposure to major 3PL operators, understanding their operational standards and facility requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is an advantage.
