Technical Department Manager - Facilities Management / O&M / MEP

Job description / Role

Required to join an international facilities management company working with government clients in Riyadh.

• The successful candidate will manage the FM operations and maintenance department for managing and monitoring all MEP issues.
• Oversee the coordination, planning, and reaction to M&E technical service delivery for buildings, facilities, and equipment across FM operations and maintenance.

Requirements

A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 20 years professional experience
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplined team on a large-scale consultancy project
• Expert in Facilities Management and Building Maintenance
• Excellent organisational, written, and oral communication skills
• Experience of working with government clients in the Middle East
