Technical Design Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical/Design Manager with a strong architectural background to join our team for a prestigious project in Diriyah Gate. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of proven experience in leading design development, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 15 years’ professional experience, with a strong portfolio of large-scale, high-end projects.
• Proven leadership in managing design teams from concept through to execution.
• Strong knowledge of design codes, construction standards, and technical documentation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
