Job Brief

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP Technical Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall experience of customers with Marketplace platform before the implementation of new services through the following:
• Detailed profiles of different customer segments, including demographics, behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Analysis of customer feedback collected through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
• Reports highlighting key themes, trends, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
• Actionable plans for addressing identified issues and enhancing various aspects of the customer experience.
• Definitions and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Customer Effort Score (CES).
• Design of new or improved service experiences, including prototypes or pilot programs.
• Strategies and programs designed to enhance customer retention and build long-term loyalty.
• Documentation of best practices and guidelines for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

• Arabic speaker
• Proven experience with SAP Hybris
• Proven experience with SAP S/4 HANA
