Technical Facilties Manager - Urgent

Job description / Role

Guildhall is recruiting for an exciting new Facility Management project in Riyadh, KSA. We are looking for a Facility Manager with either an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree in order to take up this new position. We are looking for someone to start within the month of February due to the strict timeframe of mobilisation.

There will be a salary package of SAR 30,000 per month on offer plus the chance to work on a project critical to the success of Saudi's 'Vision 2030' plans.

The responsibilities include:

- Managing the facility and all service contracts within the facilities
- Management of services a by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
- Direct the work of Contractors and Consultants as required.
- Perform internal and external performance audits
- Leading the procurement of services from contractors and selecting service provides while maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Requirements

In order to be considered for this role applicants must have the following experience:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer
- 10+ years experience in Engineering
- 7+ years in Facility Management
