Looking for a candidate with strong background in Roads & Infrastructure to join our team as a Technical Manager in KSA - Riyadh and be part of our dynamic and driven workforce.

Role Overview:
- To give leadership within the management team on, quality and technical issues.
- Responsible for ensuring quality standards are achieved and exposure to contractual risk and remedial issues are minimised.
- To implement and manage the quality control aspects regarding the business.
- Ensure optimum use of raw materials and plant to balance quality, cost and production factors. Promote Colas innovations (Pavement design & products).
- Deliver material cost reductions in conjunction with Project by direct technical department action, support to operational teams and adopting all possible best practice.
- Track benefits within cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all the Laboratories at Asphalt Plants & Sites
- Manage the department effectively ensuring material quality is consistent and meets the high level of compliance expected, also ensuring full compliance with all QA / QC requirements,
- Provide a full and comprehensive support service proactively to the operations, distribution and commercial departments, championing Quality Management,
- Plan, establish and maintain most efficient designs for all finished products with consideration of quality, production and economic factors,
- Manage team to properly use statistical tools in order to identify trends in raw materials or finished products.
- Ensuring full compliance with all Quality Control requirements and responsible to prepare and implement Quality control plan, Quality control procedure, Inspection and test plan etc.
- Provide full comprehensive support service proactively to commercial & operations to ensure a consistent application of Quality Management processes to ensure delivery of the Company Quality Policy and agreed functional aims and objectives.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of proven experience in Roads & Infrastructure (technical Labs)
- Should know all the KSA specifications as appropriate
- Must be familiar with all the Engineering standards like ASTM, AASHTO and B.S.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language Arabic is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
