Looking for an experienced Design Manager / Technical Manager to work in Saudi Arabia on a HUGE hospital project with an International Contractor. The candidate must NOT come from a consultancy background.

The role:
*To be the main point of contact between the Technical Team and the Consultant
*Responsible for the design team. To get the Design Delivery ready within time fram and as specified in the project contract
*Ensure that the operations within the Technical Department are performed in accordance with the objectives and strategies of the company.
*Coordinate with all projects' subcontractors and suppliers
*Approve the ordering and allocation of resources needed for the operation
*Arrange and attend meetings with the concerned department managers, consultants clients and other applicable authorities.
*Ensure effective communication and planning to and from the Technical Department

Requirements

*MUST have solid Healthcare project experience
*Have at least 20 years' experience
*5 + years GCC experience
*Be degree qualified
*Have strong communication and negotiating skills
*NOT from a consultant background

35,000 SAR + Accommodation + Transportation + Flight + Healthcare
