Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a client with a major facility management project in Saudi Arabia. We are assisting them in finding a Technical Engineering (MEP) Manager with a Mechanical engineering background to take part in this large-scale iconic building.
The responsibilities include:
- Managing the District Cooling and large piping
- Management of services a by assigning work, creating work orders, and purchase orders
- Direct the work of Contractors and Consultants as required.
- Perform internal and external performance audits
- Leading the procurement of services from contractors and selecting service provides while maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Salary:
SAR
35,000 to 40,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements:
In order to be considered for this role applicants must have the following experience
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in Engineering
- District cooling experience
- Exposure to facility management
