Job description / Role
Our client is a renowned international contractor who have worked on the leading construction projects across world. They are now seeking a Technical Office Engineer to work on a leading marine project in Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for all the technical works necessary to prepare the execution of a part of the project. Your duty includes the following responsibilities to be coordinated with the design office and the Site Superintendents:
• Define the methods of execution and the resources to execute the works considering the contractual specifications and the planning;
• Prepare the method statements;
• Planning coordination;
• Prepare and check the shop drawings, BBS and control their compliance with the design drawings. If necessary, make necessary corrections;
• In charge of material submittal, QA/QC Procedure, QHSE plan;
• Coordination with the design office;
• Approval of all technical documents by the Consultant/Client;
Requirements
• You have a Master degree in Civil Engineering;
• You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
• You are fluent in English.
• Transferable Saudi Iqama would be a distinct advantage
