Technical Office Surveyor

Job description / Role

• Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations for all project disciplines (civil, architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure).
• Review and verify shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design drawings.
• Conduct and update survey works, leveling, and as-built drawings using approved instruments and software.
• Coordinate with the technical office and site engineers to ensure design accuracy and project execution alignment.
• Use professional surveying software to produce precise maps, coordinates, and site data.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost summaries, and technical documentation.
• Verify subcontractors’ works and quantities before approval.
• Support project management with claims preparation, delay analysis, and quantity verification when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying or related degree.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical office surveying for construction or contracting projects.

Proficiency in relevant software:
- GIS
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel / Word
- Civil 3D (preferred)
- Revit (preferred)
- Land Desktop / GPS Software (if available)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.

Salary:
SAR 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
