Technical Procurement

Job description / Role

* Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to define the technical scope of work.
* Evaluate and propose cost-saving technical or material alternatives (Value Engineering).
* Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets for supplier offers.
* Coordinate with project, QA/QC, and site teams for material selection and approval.
* Support procurement negotiations with solid technical input and market knowledge.
* Maintain supplier database and ensure material compliance with standards.

* Bachelor’s Degree in *Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design*.
* Minimum *5 years of experience* in technical procurement or material management within *interior finishing / fit-out* projects.
* Proficient in *AutoCAD* and *Microsoft Excel* (ERP knowledge is a plus).
* Strong understanding of finishing materials (paints, gypsum, joinery, marble, flooring, etc.).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Certifications*

* *PMP, **CIPS, or **CPSM* certification.
* Training in *Value Engineering* or *Cost Optimization*.
