Employment: Full Time

Client is global company that are looking for a Technical Service Manager for a contract in Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will provide a high level support for delivering and managing all technical services to the customer; to manage the contractors on-site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Supervises the daily execution of account level technical and/or soft services. Ensures delivery of services with a high level of customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities to expand contract scope. Oversees main contractors employees and vendor relationships. University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 Years suggested minimum experience.
- Evaluated in context of the standard size. Often sets and achieves daily operational objectives with some direct impact on others within area. Occasionally sets and delivers operational objectives with direct impact on achieving results within area.
- Often uses influence to convince both internal and external parties that have a desire to reach agreement to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
- Regularly Correct or resolve issues or problems in existing systems and processes. Makes minor changes. Less often Adapts or enhances quality or value in existing methods; make better as party of day-to-day activities.
- Frequently problems and issues to be addressed generally fall within a single job area or discipline; scope of problem well defined. Less often, Problems may be only vaguely defined and require understanding and consideration of other job areas.
- Broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.
- Manages at least three team members; leads, schedules, allocates and monitors work.
- Application of knowledge is narrow (domestic) and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar culture.

The package for this vacancy will be around 22,000 SAR per month + benefits.

Requirements

- Technical /engineering degree(e.g. electrical/civil engineering) or comparable practical experience
- Demonstrate experience in dealing with customer service and exhibit key skills within this area.
- Sound problem solving ability.
- Sound understanding of EHS requirements i.e. IOSH.
- Competent in oral and written skills.
- Experience in contract management and measurement.
- PC literate i.e. Microsoft systems.
- English language skills will be a plus
- Be self-motivated.
- Strong time management skill essential.
- Manage up to 30 staff
- Responsible for many services at site level including localised P&L responsibility.
