Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Past experience of working in Network Performance Optimization Management, preferably IT, E2E, CEM, Core and Wireless
- Experience in top Management advising
- Experience in creating dashboards for management
- Diverse experience in ICT with leading Vendors, Service Providers & own Startup (across MEA)
- Experience R&D (Embedded Systems design), Fixed Broadband (Design/Engineering) Mobile system vendors (Solution Pre-Sales, Services Delivery).
- Background of multi-technologies in the Digital Service Provider and Enterprise space e.g. Mobile (2G, 3G, Lte), Fixed (HFC, xDSL, GPON) and IT (OSS, BSS). Expert in CX (Customer Experience - Telecom), IoT Solutions (select verticals) and Network Services (Assurance, Fulfilment) and have a solid grasp on a wide variety of Tools (OSS) and Software solutions (BSS).
- Deep knowledge of LTE technology is a must.
- Deep analytics skills.
- Preferable to have customer experience, Customer Experience knowledge and concepts with good understanding of applications environment.
- Knowledge of Ericsson solutions and implementation.
- Optimization experience of 5 years as minimum.
- Very deep technical expertise for 2G, 3G & 4G networks (features/parameters/call flows/counters/KPIs/configurations/HW/SW).
- Able to lead a team and leadership skills.
- High communications and presentations skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consult customers in their transformation from “Network centric” to “Service & Customer centric” organizations. Prime focus: Technology Strategy, Associative: Business Value Analyses
- Responsible for Network Performance and Customer experience uplift across e2e Technology (Mobile, Fixed Network and IT) using a “Value and Data driven” approach.
- Assist Key Account teams to foster business by Pro-active insights & analytics into client and end-customer needs
- Counsel client's leadership in Technology and Business areas including Strategy (upto 2020), Capability Development (Human Talent + Knowledge Management), Customer Journey and Touch-points' mapping, Org Design, Process Definitions, Governance /Operating Models and Tools' / Solution Architecture encompassing complete Technology landscape i.e. all Mobile, Fixed Broadband as well as IT (Virtualized) resources

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Define & design solution offerings, driving end-to-end technical solutions. Very solid technical skills.
- Customer Experience knowledge and concepts with good understanding of applications environment and resources usage as well as end to end understanding.
- Provide very deep technical expertise for 2G, 3G & 4G networks (features/parameters/call flows/counters/KPIs/configurations/HW/SW).
- Conduct new feature trials for Radio network to further improve network quality.
- Deep Network understanding end to end in order to identify network gaps and improvements areas.
- Analyse customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis.
- Develop technical presentations & proposals & perform high customer presentations for C-Levels.
- Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about
- solution to Provide recommendation to management for new feature implementation/procurement
- Conduct routine RAN system audit, hands on ENM with solid knowledge for parameters and configurations issues.
- Assist Engineers to troubleshoot 2G/3G/4G network issues using relevant tools and Ideas.
- Be responsible for making decisions of major problems
- Good understanding of Standard Ericsson nodes, their Counters, KPI and related formulas
- Understanding the definition of nodes PI and key performance indicators.
- Experienced with Ericsson Performance tool for measurement collection,
- scheduling, analyzing and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Ericsson Measurement Data Export interface
- Experience of MS SQL and MS Application.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree of Telecommunication / Computer/ Electronics Engineering.
- Preferably PMP certified
- Preferably MBA Master Degree
- 5 years of experience in Performance Quality or Telcom
- Software languages, MS Excel (Macro), MS Access, SQL, Sybase etc
