Tenant & Occupier Liaison Manager

My client is a global Facilities Management and Construction Group are looking for an experienced Real Estate Tenant & Occupier Liaison Manager for a large contract in Saudi Arabia.

The role of Tenant and Occupier Liaison Manager provides a crucial link between the tenants, the clients, contractor and the supply chain. Effective communication is critical to success, requiring communicating the right information at the right time, in sufficient, but not too much detail. Balancing conflicting demands between tenants and the requirements of constrained budgets and time will be key to success.

The aim of this role is to provide information and support to tenants during any planned or unplanned works and dealing with their day to day queries. You must be on hand to give them advice and assistance, as well as liaise with the Ops Team, Clients and Supply Chain Partners, helping to keep any disruption of the tenant’s activities to a minimum.

Requirements

- Likely to have in excess of 3 years experience in a Customer Service/Property Management/Leasing/Community Management role
- Track record of success in supporting FM contracts and providing tenant services
- Aware of the trends in the market-place and seeks to deepen knowledge of industry issues and drivers
- MENA Experience preferred
- An innovative approach and sound management skills.
- Experience of working in a busy and challenging workplace / work environment.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to utilise numerous IT packages (e.g. Microsoft Office, e-mail, Internet etc).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong Saudi Real Estate experience would be beneficial
