Job description / Role
• Experience in Tendering Technical Submittal Preparation
• Responsible for Technical, Engineering delivery of proposals.
• Tenders and estimation for the assigned project prepare detailed documentation to support a bid for a project and wishes to increase the chance of a positive outcome.
• Actively gather supporting documentation to make the proposal more competitive with the market survey for the projects. Thoroughly review Tender Documents which include Design Documents, Drawings, Specifications, Data Sheets, Calculations, cost analysis etc. and Clearly define the scope of the Project.
• Prepare Technical submittals as per Bid / Tender requirements which include (but are not limited to) methods, plans, organization, implementation strategies, specialized method statements etc.
• Prepare/raise pre-tender queries etc and coordinate with owner department /client for clarification Develop internal tools, templates, and guidelines to accurately and quickly assess new project sites, identify constraints and communicate initial system sizes and site challenges.
• Develop alternative technical proposals as and where required Involve in all post-tender activities till contract award including (but not limited to) attendance at meetings with clients /consultants, clarification of post-tender queries, techno-commercial negotiation etc.
Requirements
• Must be Bachelor’s in Engineering (any field)
• Working for contracting companies is preferable.
• Experience in preparing the work execution methodology plan.
• Have a good knowledge of Quality and HSE manuals.
• Excellent English language (Writing)
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to any part of KSA (Saudi Arabia)
