Job description / Role
He is the tender controller and should provide professional advice at expert level, and practical assistance to the team preparing the tender documents, to ensure compliance with tendering and contracting strategies, reviewing scope of work, contractor pre-qualification, completion of tender documents, bid evaluations, contract negotiation, finalizing contract documents and contractual control points. He is expected to lead the team to facilitate the securing of new entities to be engaged to the project.
Requirements
Fluent in speaking and writing English. Arabic Native speaker. Must be registered in Saudi Council of Engineers. 20 + years of experience in a Contracts/Tendering function. Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
