Test Analyst

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive test analyst with 3 years of experience in software testing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms and environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve issues.

Required skills & qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
