The Head of the Consultations Department - Riyadh based - Law Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Consultations Department to lead our team at our Riyadh-based law firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Consultations Department, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Consultations Department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal matters
- Supervise and mentor a team of legal consultants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth
- Oversee client consultations, ensuring that client needs are fully understood and addressed effectively
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the team and clients as necessary
- Collaborate with other department heads and senior management to ensure alignment with overall firm objectives and goals
- Contribute to business development activities, including client relationship management and new client acquisition
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions and dealings

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from a reputable law school
- Valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on consultations and advisory services
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a legal environment
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian laws and regulations, with expertise in a specific area of law being an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of the legal services market in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in both English and Arabic, with strong writing and presentation skills in both languages

Salary:
SAR 50,000 to 70,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

About the Company

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
