A unique opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Total Rewards and Performance Department Manager to lead and develop strategic initiatives within the life science industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, whilst ensuring the alignment of these programs with the overall business strategy.

Description
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
* Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies, guidelines and procedures.
* Recommend and manage changes where necessary to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure understanding and support of total rewards strategies.
* Develop and manage the performance management process and strategy.
* Ensure regulatory compliance of compensation and benefits programs.
* Lead and coach a team of HR professionals, setting clear objectives and measures.
* Manage the budgeting and forecasting for the total rewards department.
Job Offer
* A competitive salary package with an estimated range of 29,000 - 36,000 SAR.

Requirements:
A successful Total Rewards and Performance Department Manager should have:

* A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
