Employment: Full Time

Management of Total Rewards strategy, policies and programs in order to ensure employees are being recognized and compensated fairly and competitively for their contributions in line with the company's strategy and priorities.

Description

* Participate in formulating strategy and cascade it to ensure each functional area has its objectives and KPIs
* Assist in financial budgeting through providing insights and recommendations to the respective functional area
* Manage employees; lead by example to ensure good performance and achieving the functional area's KPIs and objectives
* Provide recommendations on emerging trends and practices and apply them in the respective functional area
* Develop TAWAL's compensation management framework to facilitate the attraction, retention and motivation of employees
* Manage the constant review of the compensation and benefits program against relevant benchmarks and analyse all aspects of compensation & benefits, job levelling and the performance-based-reward programs throughout to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
* Utilise rewards surveys on regular basis to assess the competitiveness of total rewards offerings and highlight areas that need to be enhanced
* Ensure performance appraisal process and bonus scheme are efficient, effective and complement each other so that employees are fairly rewarded for their contributions and are constantly engaged to support the realisation of strategy
* Manage all activities related to reward administration by ensuring the quality and timely completion of salary and incentive disbursements in compliance with the legislative requirements and reward policies and procedures.
* Conduct job evaluations using a well-recognised methodology to ensure that the assigned grades and rewards are being consistently applied for all employees in an equitable and justifiable manner
* Liaise with department heads to provide guidance on the performance appraisal process and decide on potential employees eligible for promotions to ensure that results are properly and calibrated in accordance with the company's policies and procedures
* Oversee communication materials related to compensation activities (e.g. yearly increase announcements, performance appraisal process) to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to company's policies

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
