Job description / Role
An exciting new role has opened in a major retail group based in their Jeddah Head Office for a Total Rewards & Performance Management Senior Manager.
The role is to provide the development of the grading system and job evaluation to set the company salary structure. You will develop the rewards structure ensuring its competitive in the market utilizing salary surveys and bench-marking and making recommendations on salary packages across the business.
The role will also include developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and SMART objectives throughout the business and ensuring the performance management systems is implemented at department level. You will also manage the development and coaching of your own small team.
The ideal candidate MUST be Saudi national and have a rewards/ compensation background within the retail sector. You will have at least 5 years previous experience in managing a team and driving results but most of all have passion and drive to support a performance driven organization.
