Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational food business and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. The Trade Marketing department is the key connection in between Sales and Marketing.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Development and execution of all brand activity grids to increase brand presence and awareness and ensuring understanding between the Sales, Marketing and Merchandising departments.
• Understanding the National Brand Marketing Calendar
• Preparing Trade Decks monthly and keep the Sales team aligned on the brand activities with help of Trade Marketing coordinator – Modern Trade and Traditional Trade
• Designing and updating the “Planograms” (Primary shelves)
• Maintaining the up to date database of durable trade assets with relevant codes
• Work closely on Joint business planning with select customers as per strategy hand in hand with MT sales head
• Preparing launch trade decks and assisting MT team in NPD launching
• Assist Head of Trade Marketing in envisioning the annual department budget, get approval from stakeholders, implement and track accordingly.
• Lead a team of 4 Trade marketing executives, coach, clarify on the department’s objectives and rally them around the functional objectives by type e.g. Trade assets/KAM/TT etc
• Evaluate the team as necessary in order to meet business objectives through corporate HR tools

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of Trade/Customer Marketing background with a leading consumer packaged goods company
• Experience in leading the Customer/Trade Marketing function including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the market and translating that into specific marketing programs
• Excellent people management skills
• Proven sales experience
