Job description / Role

Quest is working in partnership with a prominent company in Luxury Goods who are looking for a Trainer to work in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:

• Regular training for the employees (boutiques, wholesalers, office staff)
• Setting the training plan and follow up the objectives
• Product, Selling Techniques & Coaching Trainings in classroom, shop floor and virtually

Requirements

Subjects of the training:

• Product knowledge
• Sales Techniques
• Displays and Presentation
• Coaching

Skills Required:

• Experience in the luxury or high-end retail
• Experience in preparing training plans/materials and coaching
